On holiday and in need of a little pampering...

We are able to arrange a variety of therapies for relaxation during your holidays which includes:

Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, Hopi Candling, Therapeutic Massage, Affinity Facial, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and Holistic Foot Massage.

Prices do start from 10 euros per half hour but these prices may differ dependent upon whether you go to the company or if you prefer them to come to you.

Guided Walks, Cycling and Mountain Biking

Would you like the opportunity to explore the great outdoors and take in the mountains of the Sierra de Castril.

If you are visiting for the day or longer and would be interested in guided walks or cycling, contact us now for more information.

Activities on offer are structured to suit everyone's fitness from 1 hour to a full day of activities for the more experienced.

Please call before arriving in Castril to arrange these activities as they will be subject to availability.

Note:

• The appropriate safety equipment for all activities are offered
• Cycling/mountain biking are offered with the option of pax using their own bikes or you are able to hire bikes
• Each pax would have to have personal insurance for all activities. This can be arranged by the host (very similar system to ski insurance).
• There are no age restrictions on these activities
• There are a maximum of 6 in a group

Caving

There are some magnificent caves in the Sierra de Castril, some of which have only recently been discovered making it an excellent place for exploring. If this is something that interests you, please feel free to call us for more information and prices.
